HiLuma ("we") provides a concierge-managed home-repair booking service in Pekanbaru, operated with our partner Arakon HomeFix and built by FortionEX. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and booking form, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Booking details you provide: your name, WhatsApp number, address, a description of the problem, and any photos or videos you attach.
- Service preferences: category, preferred time slot, and how you heard about us.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. device/language), used to show the site in the right language and keep it working.
How we use it
- To review and price your request, arrange a vetted expert, and complete the repair.
- To contact you about your booking, primarily via WhatsApp.
- To provide the guarantee, handle any dispute, and improve our service.
How it is shared
- Our operating partner (Arakon HomeFix) and the assigned expert, only as needed to deliver your job.
- Service providers we use to run the booking (e.g. the intake form and WhatsApp messaging).
- We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide the service, honour the warranty, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
