How do I pay, and when?+
To confirm your booking, a 40% deposit is taken when you accept the quote, and the balance is charged only once the job is completed to your satisfaction. Materials are billed separately at cost, and the admin fee is always shown up front.
Are the workers actually vetted?+
Yes. Every expert has an official ID and photo on file and passes a health check before they can take jobs. You'll see who's assigned, their specialty and rating before they arrive.
What if something gets damaged?+
